Tsachi Maimon is CEO of RubyPlay, with nearly two decades of experience in the global gaming industry. Since joining in October 2025, he has led the company’s growth strategy, including its expansion into platform-level engagement tools through the acquisition of Splash Tech. Previously, Tsachi served as CEO of Aspire Global, driving international growth and overseeing acquisitions including BtoBet and Pariplay. Following Aspire Global’s acquisition by NeoGames in 2022, he became President and Head of iGaming for the group, before later serving as Chief Strategy Officer at Aristocrat Interactive following Aristocrat’s acquisition of NeoGames in 2024.
